Manage and support the marketing technology team including coaching, training, evaluating, supervising, and mentoring.Oversee the firm's website and all other marketing technologies in support of marketing and business development strategies and initiatives.
Maintain the firm's social media platforms and optimizing their use.
Oversee the firm's marketing database technologies and the conceptualization and implementation of any future firm CRM initiatives, including working with firm leadership on approving and communicating these initiatives internally and developing related training/internal communications programs as needed.

What You'll Need to Be Successful12
years of directly experience in a professional services or law firm.
Minimum of 10 years of professional marketing technology experience.
Experience in legal marketing a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.

Cornerstone Research is offering a competitive market base salary for this position between $136,000.00 and $173,100.

A job offer will depend on how closely a candidate's skills, experience and education match the requirements for the role.
In addition to base salary, we offer a total compensation package that includes an annual performance bonus starting at 17.
