Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • The primary role of a Customer Account Representative-Surgical Services is to provide Corporate and customer support for all facets of the business by providing Purchase Order support; capturing, tracking and monitoring.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Customer Account Representative is responsible for obtaining all Purchase Orders for every case for Surgical Services directly contacting customers for this information.
    • Entering the PO number in Scheduler. (There are at least three scenarios for finding the correct case to attach the PO to.)
    • Update Scheduler with notes on progress.
  • Create Surgical Services credits and rebills for billing adjustments. (Capture credit approvals.)
  • Respond to Surgical Services customers' requests for case sheets and invoice copies.
  • Bi-Weekly - Put together Surgical Services Invoices without PO report. Email to Vice President of Operations-Surgical Services, Regional Operations Managers, and Collectors.
  • Track PO updates, along with daily invoices created, daily invoices created without PO's

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel).

  • Receives and handles incoming calls.
  • Maintains daily email communication with team members and customers regarding capturing PO's.
  • Performs other assigned duties.
