Job Description

The Quality Control/Inventory Control Specialist will play a crucial role in managing specialized medical device equipment, including inventory Loaner Pool, Implant banks, and instrument sets. This position involves coordinating activities to schedule, estimate costs, and prepare budgets to ensure the workflow meets required deadlines. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory and hospital accounts, handling returns, addressing non-conformant items, and managing excess and expired inventory. Additionally, the role provides logistical support to sales representatives for inventory requests, focusing on complete inventory management to support surgical needs. Key duties encompass entering, shipping, tracking, and expediting orders, and conducting investigations into any delivery delays.
