Job Overview:


The Quality Assurance Engineer plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing initiatives to ensure adherence to the organization's quality standards and protocols.

This position involves scrutinizing product functional and design specifications, formulating strategies for testing and assessing the accuracy and reliability of products and manufacturing equipment, as well as designing or specifying inspection and testing methodologies.

The ideal candidate will execute quality assurance evaluations, conduct statistical analyses to evaluate costs and ascertain accountability for non-compliant products, and perform defect assessments.

Moreover, the responsibilities include generating and maintaining reports, managing documentation control systems, verifying customer grievances, developing corrective action plans to rectify discrepancies, and liaising with clients as necessary.

The engineer will also engage in daily communication to resolve QA challenges, oversee multiple projects within design specifications and budgetary constraints, and remain informed about advancements in quality assurance regulations and standards.

Essential Skills:

- Proficiency with IPC 610 or J-STD
- Experience with Non-Conformance
- Familiarity with ISO 9001
- Defect analysis expertise
- Documentation control proficiency
- Quality assurance testing capabilities
- Design and specification of testing mechanisms
