Position Summary:
We are in search of a skilled Automation Control Specialist (HMI/PLC/SCADA) to enhance our dynamic team. This role involves executing all programming, configuration, and communication tasks utilizing equipment and software from various HMI, SCADA, and PLC manufacturers, along with a range of communication protocols applicable to multiple industries including water treatment, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute PLC configuration and programming services for new installations as well as maintenance and enhancement projects of existing systems.
2. Provide SCADA programming services on platforms such as Wonderware InTouch, Trihedral VTSCADA, and Rockwell Software PlantPAX.
3. Conduct HMI programming for various manufacturers including Allen-Bradley and Maple Systems.
4. Perform Factory Acceptance Testing in collaboration with clients and engineers.
5. Undertake site commissioning services, including field I/O verification and system communications.
6. Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors while ensuring their expectations are met.
7. Develop and understand various drawing packages including Electrical Schematics and Panel Layout Drawings.
8. Create Control Narratives and Function Strategies for use in project submittals and O&M Manuals.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience with automation controller systems such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric, and GE PLC systems.
- Familiarity with HMI and SCADA systems including Aveva/Wonderware and FactoryTalk View.
- Field experience in panel checkout and loop checks is essential.
- Strong troubleshooting, startup, and commissioning skills are required.
- Project management experience in programming-focused projects is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers. The role may involve lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds and working in various environmental conditions.
