Who we're looking for

Toyota is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Digital Field Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to support Toyota and Toyota dealers by enriching digital strategy, evolving the future of virtual retail and consulting on Internet lead handling and website guest experience resulting in incremental vehicle sales.

Reporting to the Regional eCommerce Manager, the person in this role will support the Boston Regional Office's objective to increase conversion of online to in-store guests and new vehicle sales.

What you'll be doing

Lead and support Toyota's initiative to innovate online and in-store retail with Toyota SmartPath. You will work with a district team to recruit dealers, launch, train and sustain SmartPath dealers in your territory.Accurately analyze and assess dealership websites and process management to guide dealerships towards an enriched digital presence. Should have a good working knowledge of automotive dealer sales and service operations, SEO/SEM, internet lead handing, digital retailing and internet tools and platforms for automotive dealers.Understanding of dealership CRM, Website, Sales, Social Media Presence, and Lead Management systems to ensure the attainment of eCommerce goals and strategies.Consult with dealers on areas of opportunity to improve the dealer's digital presence and performance.Adapt to the evolving automotive market to assist dealers with retail innovation and online digital retailing.Effectively communicate with Toyota Dealer Principals and General Managers regarding eCommerce goals, initiatives, and key performance indexes.Maintain ongoing communication/collaboration with all Field Travelers (Sales / Service / Parts) to ensure that all common action plans and goals are pursued and reviewed with dealership personnel.
Qualification Section

Bachelor's Degree (or higher)Knowledge and understanding of overall dealership operations. Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of productsDemonstrated strong presentation skills with the ability to present and engage up to senior level management including Regional and Dealer operations.Ability to work across cross-functional teams.Demonstrated planning and proven organizational skills.This position requires driving. A motor vehicle record that's acceptable by company standards is required for this position
