Job Summary

The Brand Manager is responsible for the ongoing evolution and performance of existing and potentially new Sellmark brands, including the development and execution of brand and product strategies and marketing plans that drive brand and company growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand and product strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead marketing planning and launch execution of new products
  • Manage brand's product lines throughout the lifecycle, including research, pricing strategies, target market, and advertising strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize media selection and measurement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and improve creative assets
  • Identify and develop partnerships, sourcing relationships, and supply agreements with outside companies, consultants, and agencies
  • Conduct consumer research and marketplace analysis to inform brand and product opportunities
  • Develop and implement brand strategies based on consumer insights, market data, category trends, and competitive environment
Requirements
  • Master's degree in brand management or similar marketing degree preferred or 5+ years' experience
  • Development and management of brand financials and budget
  • Experience with creative proofing, project management, and standard MS Office applications
  • Demonstrated experience in social media and digital marketing strategy and execution
  • Exceptional team leadership and ability to influence across functions and leadership levels
