We are searching for an IT Analyst, Supply Chain. The IT Analyst for Supply Chain will support various modules of Logility for demand planning, production, and inventory control, including daily change requests, system maintenance, and user assistance. Responsibilities also include data analysis, system enhancements, training users, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and implement new technologies.

Essential Functions:

  • Support Demand Planning, Production and Inventory Control Planning, and Supply Planning modules of Logility.
  • Review and respond to daily change requests, system maintenance, and assisting end users with questions and scenario modeling.
  • Support daily business activities for supply chain Logility users, including new SKU setup, SAP to Logility mapping, ad-hoc query and report writing, batch scheduling.
  • Perform setup of master data: new products, suppliers, locations, and safety stock levels.
  • Write queries to extract data required for Analysis. Train users on Logility system functionality.
  • Provide thorough understanding of system setup and capabilities, allowing for intelligent system improvements and increased functionality in planning.
  • Test system enhancements in Logility and Fender's ERP systems (SAP and AS400) for global user base.
  • Investigate and resolve business user issues.
  • Address supply chain issues using root-cause Analysis and tools such as Logility Analytics, Blue Yonder/JDA, or SAP to identify and prevent re-occurrences.
  • Setup audits to ensure smooth data flow across demand planning, inventory planning, and supply planning areas.
  • Write and validate SQL queries and table data.
  • Support business partners in monitoring demand and analyze data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs using Tableau, SAP/BI, Power BI, and Python. Implement better time series forecasting methodologies. Analyze product historical data using Tableau, SAP/BI, Power BI, and Python, and create parameters.
  • Develop Queries for supply chain product data. Develop dashboard to identify trends and patterns to bolster operational activities.
  • Train Logility system users to keep Logility knowledge and skill setup and on base standards and best practices for incoming analyst, planners and cross-functional managers.
  • Act as project coordinator to prioritize competing business needs.
  • Develop relationships and partnerships with key business stakeholders.
  • Support IT partners to build new technologies required by business.
  • Introduce new system enhancements and procedure for business partners.
  • Update support documentation and create new documentation as required using MS SQL, MS Access, and MS Excel. Author supporting documentation of technical overviews and actions required to process system changes. Assist Sr. Analysts and Managers with adhoc data requests, system enhancement functions, and documentation.
  • Remote work permissible within normal commuting distance.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience as a supply chain analyst or a related occupation in supply chain analysis.
  • Must possess 3 years of experience with Production & inventory control, Data analysis (using Tableau or SAP/BI or Power BI or Python or similar tool), and Supply Chain management tool (Logility Analytics, Blue Yonder/JDA or SAP APO or similar tool) including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, and Replenishment Planning
  • Must be proficient with MS SQL, MS Access, MS Excel
  • Remote work permissible within normal commuting distance

Please note that it is not typical for a Fender employee to be at or near the top of the pay scale for their role – especially as a new hire – and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $71,119 to $82,973 per year.
