Job Description

General Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting the Planner/Planning Manager in the analyzing and forecasting sales.

Major Responsibilities:
Gather, input and organize weekly sales, MD, and Inventory data from retailer portals and external sources
Manage top line reporting of sales and inventory for multiple brands and categories
Partner with Planning and Key Account departments to analyze information for weekly and quarterly reporting and market recaps
Assist with management of third party in-store Merchandising team for incoming data and outgoing directives
Special projects as needed
Other duties may be assigned.

Specific Job Skills:
Good time management and organization skills required.
Knowledge of Retail Math
Must be detail oriented.
Ability to multi-task.
Under general supervision, solves problems for self. Complex problems are referred to supervisor.
Under general direction, examines moderately complex information and/or situations and prepares summary, including recommendations for review by others.
Ability to perform extrapolation and analysis, using advanced math calculations.
Ability to understand and follow somewhat complex verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively with others.
Job duties are somewhat varied, occasionally requiring conceptualizing, planning, and implementing.

Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in math, business, related field, or equivalent experience.
1-3 years' experience in planning or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel?

Language Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills required.
Good Interpersonal skills required.

Salary Range:
The pay range of this position is $70k - $80k. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
