Your Role: As a member of our Content Partnerships team, you will collaborate with our US Sports division to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with leading leagues, networks, and organizations. Your expertise in digital marketing, sales, content strategy, and sports media will be crucial in identifying and developing sponsorship opportunities that benefit both our partners and The Ladders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the US Sports leads in managing and executing content agreements, developing compelling content offerings, and supporting partner account management.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective packaging and positioning of content opportunities for brand prospects.
  • Initiate creative activations surrounding major sporting events, focusing on engaging content and enhancing platform usage.
  • Collaborate with our Advertising and Consumer Product teams to stay informed about upcoming features that will enhance our partners' experiences.
  • Create case studies and best practices that demonstrate The Ladders as a leader in revenue generation and innovation for sports partners.
Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding of the media landscape, particularly the dynamics between broadcasters, leagues, agencies, governing bodies, and their sponsors.
  • Experience in digital sales and/or marketing.
  • Strong grasp of The Ladders as a consumer and advertising platform, particularly in relation to sports.
  • Awareness of emerging opportunities for utilizing The Ladders within the media sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, especially when engaging with brands.
  • Proficiency in business tools such as Keynote and Excel, along with a foundational understanding of data visualization tools.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the sports industry.
