We are seeking individuals with technical expertise in STEM fields who are passionate about environmental sustainability and customer-oriented.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will have a pivotal role in fostering innovation and sustainability. By collaborating with customers, you will develop advanced solutions for equipment and chemical treatment, spanning various industries. In addition to overseeing the sales process, you will act as a technical consultant, addressing customer needs with creative solutions to enhance energy efficiency, profitability, and environmental conservancy.

Location

Currently seeking candidates residing in Omaha, Lincoln, Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings, Nebraska, Sioux City, IA, or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consultation & Guidance: Utilize our broad product range to address diverse water and process treatment needs, focusing on customer safety and environmental compliance.
  • Embrace Challenges: This role involves fieldwork and collaboration with commercial sites, utilizing various water treatment tools. Problem-solving and innovation will be key to success.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, engaging in operational meetings, sharing best practices, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Account Growth: Collaborate with teams to maximize outcomes and provide exceptional equipment, chemical, and analytics solutions.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, Environmental Science, Technology, or Chemistry. Relevant experience also considered.
  • Ability to work in various environments, from heavy industry to commercial properties, and willingness to travel.
  • Valid driver's license.
Desirable Skills & Abilities:
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, account management, or industry operations.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Strong communication and technical skills.
