Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Facilitate the attraction, retention, and scheduling of potential blood drive sponsors while educating various stakeholders to maximize blood drive success and achieve collection goals.
- Devise and implement innovative strategies to attract, manage, and retain blood drive sponsors and feeder groups, ensuring collection targets are met.
- Utilize effective methods for the efficient scheduling of blood drives by assigned sponsors to fulfill collection objectives.
- Provide organizational and operational support to sponsor contacts to ensure the successful execution of collection operations.
- Coordinate with collections personnel to ensure a positive experience for sponsors and donors, ensuring smooth operations.
- Schedule and conduct educational programs for sponsor contacts, recruitment committees, line volunteers, and volunteer Telerecruiters to assist in meeting collection objectives and comply with all relevant regulations.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the community, including its government, demographics, and organizations, applying this knowledge to enhance service to sponsor groups and expand the blood program.
- Maintain accurate records in the system to track and analyze sponsor group performance, utilizing organizational tools and strategies to enhance customer service and productivity.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
- At least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including training and presentation abilities.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales is advantageous.
