Company Overview

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the primary responsibility of the Account Sales Manager is to conduct external sales of product inventory while managing a designated route of accounts. You will enhance product sales and optimize the placement of product displays across various retail formats. The main objective of the ASM is to serve all clients in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to our Red Bull execution standards.

Role Responsibilities

MANAGEMENT/SALES
  • Oversee product management and foster relationships with customer contacts for the sale of products at designated accounts.
  • Assess current and future product requirements at accounts and identify opportunities to boost sales.
  • Ensure all Red Bull equipment is maintained in a clean and functional state.
  • Engage in external sales activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
EXECUTION
  • Analyze competitors' actions, including new product launches and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve monthly targets related to sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account establishment, and other merchandising aspects.
  • Safeguard and promote the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation to ensure freshness while adhering to brand flow standards.
  • Expand inventory and product variety at each assigned account and enhance in-store branding while delivering fresh products.
BUILDING SUCCESS
  • Collaborate effectively across the organization and share best practices.
  • Be a key contributor and leader among peers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customer contacts at each assigned account.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid US Driver's License and a DOT Medical card.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Experience in sales, account management, and direct store delivery is advantageous.
  • Capability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or promotional displays.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
