What we expect... (Essential Functions)

  • Conduct risk analysis/assessment for subcontractors and develop with risk criteria development/enhancement.
  • Conduct risk analysis/assessment for vendors and assist with risk criteria development/enhancement.
  • Ensuring financial documentation and any additional risk assessment work is uploaded and maintained in prequalification software.
  • Oversee, organize, and conduct subcontractor financial risk communication internally to project teams.
  • Communicate subcontractor default holds and cures to project leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with Compliance to ensure any changes to risk mitigation plans are communicated and tracked accordingly.
  • Work closely with Market Project Controllers and other internal teams to develop subcontractor and vendor risk mitigation plans as necessary.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in the prequalification process.
  • Implement best practices for process enhancements ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Meet time sensitive deadlines with accuracy while maintaining a high degree of customer service.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

The successful candidate will have bachelor's degree in business or four (4) years of experience in a similar position(s). Experience in construction or accounting is highly preferred. Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheets, industry specific software, accounting software and e-mail. Experience with TradeTapp is a plus. The selected candidate will have excellent communication skills. Must be physically present in the Lexington office (with a partial remote work option).
