Job Summary:

The Telecommunications Project Analyst engages with clients, internal teams, and contractors to develop a telecommunications scope of work and cost estimation. Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and interpreting client requests.
  • Discussing project scope with clients.
  • Conducting site evaluations to assess conditions.
  • Providing design specifications to relevant departments or external vendors as necessary.
  • Formulating a comprehensive cost proposal that includes labor, materials, and associated expenses.
  • Ensuring that the scope of work adheres to institutional standards and complies with relevant codes.
  • Reviewing proposals from other departments and vendors for thoroughness and compliance.
  • Preparing detailed and clear scopes of work.
  • Creating necessary design drawings for estimates.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
