What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of managed services operations and sourcing strategies
- Deliver supplier and operational improvements; lead and execute strategic initiatives
- Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services
- Act as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes
- Provide analysis and compliance reporting to the Sourcing Lead, identifying risks and actions as appropriate compliance gaps between procurement and work order systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Support the Category Management team's supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical Ability, and Proven ability to work independently while supporting teams in a decentralized environment
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
- Complete system audits to ensure KPI reporting is accurate
- Analyze data to identify areas of operations to improve efficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university preferred
- Project management and business transition experience preferred
