Overview

Key Responsibilities1. Spearhead the implementation and management of global eProcurement tools, ensuring comprehensive documentation and change management prior to full-scale deployment.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish the necessary configurations tailored to their operational needs.
3. Develop user-specific work instructions and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
4. Oversee the transition between various tools and workflows to promote transparency and eliminate inefficiencies in project execution.
6. Design system workflows that align with associated tools.
7. Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and manage UAT initiatives as required for implementations.
8. Drive process development related to Procurement systems, including enhancements, upgrades, acquisitions, and divestitures.
9. Engage with global stakeholders to foster increased tool adoption, efficiency, and process effectiveness.
10. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for eProcurement tools.
11. Act as the hands-on systems administrator for multiple Procurement-related tools and processes.
12. Lead various systems improvement projects, assisting in the progression of ideas through project charter development and team identification.
13. Evaluate new and existing Procurement-related tools with stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate Procurement roadmap objectives and manage the implementation process effectively.
15. Execute action items identified to support projects, ensuring consistent process convergence and sharing of best practices.
16. Collaborate with Procurement Analysts and Strategic Sourcing Managers to monitor metrics that inform tool and process measurement, identifying future improvement opportunities.
18. Identify training needs and develop training materials to accommodate tool and process changes.
19. Apply change management strategies to drive effective results.
20. Uphold, comply with, and enforce Procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or Materials Management.
• Preferred experience in Procurement.
• Procurement or Supply Chain certification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading system and process improvements or productivity initiatives.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft D365 and SAP, or eProcurement SaaS tools like Proactis, GEP, and Coupa is essential.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage effectively with stakeholders and vendors.
• High energy with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing change.
• Proficient in creating presentations and learning new tools for communication and project management.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to influence others to ensure commitment to tool and process changes.
