Position Title: Quality Control Specialist
Location: York, PA
Compensation: $20 per hour
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform test cases (both manual and automated) and evaluate outcomes.
  • Maintain logs to track testing stages and identified defects.
  • Communicate bugs and issues to development teams using relevant software tools.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Conduct testing after releases and implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Provide support to users, both internal and external.
  • Develop testing plans as necessary.
  • Oversee the administration of SOC 2 controls within your responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Familiarity with data mapping and system integration methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific applications and systems, including CRMs and project management tools.
  • Experience in executing Use Cases and Test Cases.
  • Background in quality assurance testing.
  • Proficient in documenting and resolving errors.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Dependability and reliability.
