Position Title: Quality Control Specialist
Location: York, PA
Compensation: $20 per hour
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform test cases (both manual and automated) and evaluate outcomes.
- Maintain logs to track testing stages and identified defects.
- Communicate bugs and issues to development teams using relevant software tools.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical problems.
- Conduct testing after releases and implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide support to users, both internal and external.
- Develop testing plans as necessary.
- Oversee the administration of SOC 2 controls within your responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Familiarity with data mapping and system integration methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry-specific applications and systems, including CRMs and project management tools.
- Experience in executing Use Cases and Test Cases.
- Background in quality assurance testing.
- Proficient in documenting and resolving errors.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
