*Available for eligible year-round team members Responsibilities Assist the team with training and development of Delaware North associates.
Maintain training records (schedules, attendance sheets, etc.) and provide reports on activities as needed.
Support the property and General Manager with handling administrative tasks and act as receptionist.
Help associates with their on-boarding and new hire paperwork as needed
Issue associate uniforms and facilitate orientation.
Escalate HR issues to the proper person and team.
Complete essential administration tasks; answering emails, phone calls, and filing.
All other duties assigned.
Qualifications Experience as a training administrator or similar role preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus.
Strong organizational, decision-making and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Physical Requirements Ability to consistently stand, bend, stoop, and kneel.
Ability to lift 30lbs.
