The Team:

As a crucial member of the recruitment team, you'll collaborate with colleagues in the Americas region and worldwide. Our team focuses on individual and group development, offering ample chances to enhance your skills and learn global recruitment best practices.

The Impact:

Your role is vital in ensuring the recruitment of diverse and top talent for S&P Global Ratings. You'll engage in a high-level consultative environment and work across various job families, contributing significantly to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute a comprehensive recruitment process, including talent sourcing, professional screenings, pipeline development, and offer negotiation.
  • Educate and influence business leaders and HR on recruitment best practices.
  • Provide expert advice, data insights, and recommendations to support key recruitment decisions.
  • Focus on innovative techniques to enhance the candidate experience and reinforce the S&P brand reputation.
  • Manage relationships with business leaders and HR partners in the Americas region.
  • Utilize talent analytics to improve recruitment metrics such as Internal Mobility and Diversity.
  • Stay informed on global SPGI policies and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Attend events to attract diverse talent and work with external agencies when necessary.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

For US candidates, the anticipated salary range for this position is competitive and based on various factors including experience, location, and qualifications. The role also includes additional S&P Global benefits.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience in financial services or credit roles.
  • Proficiency in ATS/HR systems, preferably Workday.
  • Strong sourcing and analytical skills with the ability to build relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Prior experience in educating and influencing stakeholders.
