Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to drive quality outcomes and meet business objectives.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top technical talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Interview Process: Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement effective interview processes, including behavioral-based interviews and technical assessments.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience, from initial contact to offer extension.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to stakeholders on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire.


Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a digital engineering or consulting organization.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ATS tools, end-to-end recruitment cycle, and ability to manage concurrent hiring, resources, and priorities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources, business administration, or a technical field.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
