Title: Senior Technical Recruiter (Contractor, 4 Months)

Job Summary

Prove is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contractor) to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for an individual who enjoys finding top talent for multiple job requirements across departments and levels. The recruiter will manage full end-to-end recruiting for roles within the technology organization. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting all levels of technical talent in fast-paced fintech or startup environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a full lifecycle recruiter for technical roles.
  • Screen, qualify top talent, and partner with hiring managers, and drive the recruitment process from intake meeting to offer.
  • Ability to build quality talent pipeline through consistent outreach.
  • Become a trusted partner with hiring managers across the organization.
  • Establish strong relationships with diverse candidates and organizations.
  • Build candidate pipelines from the ground up for key roles.
  • Research and map out the talent pool in various industries.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of recruiting technical talent at an in-house tech-forward company.
  • 3 plus years of corporate recruiting required.
  • Prior experience with Greenhouse is required.
  • Experience acting as a strategic talent partner.
  • Proven experience sourcing, assessing, negotiating, and hiring candidates.
  • Intimate knowledge of the tech landscape, as well as industry technologies and trends.
  • Ability to keep pace and absorb rapidly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven and proven experience working independently as a "remote" team member
  • Independent worker who can balance planned work with ad-hoc requests from peers.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startup is strongly preferred.
  • Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.
  • Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.

Hourly rate ranges from $65/hr - $70/hr. Offered rate will be determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
