You will apply your Project management capabilities, organizational skills, and project management experiences to support the S4 Hana and O9 integration as a Project Manager. This role is focused on North America (NA) Finance Program Management, driving a highly complex and exciting agenda to integrate S4 Hana and O9 into Mondelez NA Region. This role will require your project management skills, collaboration, and communication capabilities as you partner with NA Finance Lead, dedicated Finance project team, participate in the NA Region TMO to deliverable key project milestones with excellence.
*** Role will be a hybrid setting of 2-3 days in our East Hanover, New Jersey office. There is no relocation assistance offered for this role.
How you will contribute

  • Provide project management services that link people, process and technology through effective communication that facilitates NA Finance team's delivery of project scope.
  • Performance management, ensure project plans are clearly communicated, on track and measure and report performance.
  • Co-lead Project Governance of NA Finance weekly project team meetings with NA Finance lead to coordinate calendars, manage key project deliverables, facilitate the preparation of a weekly 4-box, prepare required templates for workshops, facilitate finance inputs to Regional Steer Co. meetings.
  • Ensure required Finance inputs into the Regional TMO governance, facilitate team's preparation and report-out of Blueprinting, Fit Gap analysis, Test Cycles, Cutover activities, and Hyper care.
  • Develop partnerships with Region TMO, Region Finance project team, and cross-functional teams to align project priorities and resolve issues.
  • Establish trust and build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies.

  • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in project management including organizational, communication, time management, risk management, and leadership skills.
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of industry or consumer packaged goods industry, relevant experience in a project management.
  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experience with business partnering and communication skills across a large regional or local public company.
  • GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.

What extra ingredients you will bring
Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • PMP certification. Experience with S4 Hana and/or Finance projects a plus.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MBA preferred.

Travel requirements:

  • Limited travel up to 20%
