As a Program Manager, in collaboration with the Program Manager and PMO functional support teams, you will play a significant role in supervising a team focused on collaboration, innovation, and cross-functional services to bolster the customer's capability to manage its mission authorities across various enterprise elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior program managers to ensure effective and efficient management of the contractor's efforts.
  • Contribute directly to program initiatives, including cost management, estimation and tracking, contract performance oversight, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance.
  • Guarantee the successful execution of contracts while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to lead resources, report on progress, address challenges, and review related documentation.
  • Allocate resources (labor and budgets) effectively and review financial reports for accuracy.
  • Ensure integration across disciplines within the contract to meet governmental requirements.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to facilitate timely recruitment and training of program personnel, reviewing all financial and technical reports prior to submission.
  • Communicate issues and solutions to the Government Program Manager in a transparent and timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to all training, regulatory, and administrative requirements stipulated by the contract.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with ten (10) years of experience in the Intelligence Community, focusing on operations, legal, and/or compliance. Four (4) additional years of experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
  • Seven (7) years of experience as a program or project manager overseeing programs and contracts of similar scope and complexity.
  • Possession of a PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management.
  • Direct experience managing multi-task/delivery order contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexities, along with experience leading a multi-vendor environment.
  • Familiarity with guidelines provided by the FAR and DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
  • Exceptional oral communication and writing skills, with the ability to quickly grasp the customer's goals and objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of authorities and SIGINT processes, along with compliance-related policies and guidance.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must hold a TS/SCI w/poly.
