What will I be doing?

As a Group Reservations Coordinator, you would be responsible for processing group reservation information (including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements) in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office
  • Processes reservation request calls and emails as appropriate, assists internal and external customers
  • Coordinates and implements department activities and projects
  • Provides clerical support and assistance to management
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
  • Utilization of several Hilton systems including OnQ PM, ONQ RNI, OnQFM and Passkey
  • Multi-task and priotize tasks as needed, special projects as needed
