Summary

Front Desk Associate responsibilities include all aspects of Guest Relations including the check-in/out process, handling all inquiries, making or modifying reservations, recommendations for things to do and places to eat plus anything else that can improve the guests stay. You will also be required to occasionally clean or assist other departments as needed. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

The Hampton Inn Madison East is an award winning property that has a spot open on our Front Desk team. We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking with people and perhaps telling them about local restaurants and other great things that our city has to offer. Our Front Desk Agents register guests upon arrival, assist with reservations, and provide information about rooms, rates and hotel amenities like our complimentary hot breakfast. Education, Experience, Other Requirements Required Flexibility to work in shifts and report for scheduled shifts

Excellent organization skills
Ability to follow instructions
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred AA or Bachelors Degree
Work experience in Customer Service in the Hospitality Field
Experience with hotel operation systems
