Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Collaborate with the hotel team to maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field.
