Retail Sales Associate ($500 Sign-On Bonus)

Sign-On Bonus Details: The $500 sign-on bonus is distributed in two payments: $250 upon hiring and $250 after 60 days of employment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding their storage needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Enhance sales performance by promoting unit rentals, rental insurance, and moving supplies
  • Assist new customers with rental agreements and processes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including unit cleaning and general upkeep
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, manage collections, and process daily deposits
  • Work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration with nearby locations
  • Occasional travel to local retail sites may be required for errands

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service roles (e.g., retail, restaurant, front desk, site management)
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
