Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Sales and Front Desk Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with class scheduling and billing, and working in a sales capacity to sell new memberships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Assist with class scheduling and billing, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships, meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • Ability to work with children and provide a safe and supportive environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail
