We are looking for a relationship builder, task master and pragmatic as well as visionary and customer centric executer to join the team. The Global Campaign Manager (w/m/d) will be responsible for planning and executing the demand generation activities to deliver above target results. The right person should have the capability to work cross-departmentally, driving the initiatives and achieving the company goals through networking and teamwork. The role requires tactical focus, working closely with product management, field marketing management and other peers inside and outside the global marketing team to execute growth bridge initiatives based on the strategic imperatives empowering long term sustainable growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively design, plan and execute initiatives and product launches to support demand generation through owning global campaigns and other funnel-fill touchpoints along the automation and genomics customer journey (digital channels, webpage, events, etc.) that ultimately results in revenue growth.
- Work closely with the market development managers and Business Unit Commercial Product Managers to prepare and implement the global automation and genomics marketing plan and design appropriate marketing campaigns with an omni-channel approach.
- Work closely with the automation and genomics market development manager to develop and manage the local KOLs network to reinforce the brand, raise awareness and leverage product champions throughout the regions.
- Support regionalization of global marketing materials and collaterals to meet country-specific needs.
- Support sales enablement activities.
The essential requirements of the job include (education and/or experience in years):
- Scientific or technical master's degree with minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing
- Marketing and/or sales experience in life sciences industries
- Proven track record of product launch planning and customer insight
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, scientific journals, technical procedures, and regulatory regulations.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. A second language proficiency in Spanish is beneficial.
This position is part of the Global Marketing team and can be a remote or hybrid position. At Beckman Coulter Life Sciences' (BECLS) we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. Expect travel up to 40 % of the job.
The salary range hourly range for this role is $95,000 to $140,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
