Substance Testing Operations Specialist Position at DISA Global Solutions

Position Overview: Become a vital member of our team as a Substance Testing Operations Specialist at DISA Global Solutions. This role involves executing drug screening collections, adhering to chain of custody protocols, and delivering professional and prompt support to both donors and clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Administer breath alcohol assessments and hair sample collections in accordance with established guidelines
    • Notify management of any irregular situations
    • Perform after-hours emergency drug and alcohol screenings as required
    • Travel to conduct off-site drug and alcohol evaluations
    • Execute additional assigned tasks as necessary
  • Daily Task Distribution:
    • 70%: Gather specimens for workplace drug and alcohol assessments
    • 10%: Complete documentation and confirm donor details
    • 10%: Welcome donors and maintain cleanliness of collection facilities
    • 5%: Provide further instructions to donors in specific circumstances
    • 5%: Assist with projects during downtime
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • DOT Certified Urine Specimen Collector or ability to achieve certification within two weeks
    • DOT EBT Certified or capability to obtain certification within two weeks
    • Hair Collection Training Certificate or ability to secure within 30 days
    • Customer service-focused and detail-oriented
    • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a clinical or drug testing environment
  • Familiarity with various testing methodologies
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Experience with DISAWorks system

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm EST
