Position Overview:

The O2C-ICO System Solutions Engineer is integral to crafting technical solutions and configuring SAP alongside integrated systems. This role involves collaboration with business stakeholders to shape processes, tools, and operational frameworks within the O2C-ICO domain. The primary responsibilities include recognizing business requirements, delivering effective solutions, and ensuring quality service that meets budgetary and timeline expectations to achieve targeted business results. This position plays a vital role within the ERP Services division of Global Services IT, significantly enhancing the capabilities of our S/4 HANA solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, enhancements, and projects, including the configuration of SAP solutions.
  • Develop expertise in SAP and O2C-ICO business workflows.
  • Drive the adoption of SAP technologies to improve user experiences.
  • Promote SAP and other global solutions across various organizational levels to establish standards and expectations.
  • Collaborate with global, regional, and local business partners to understand their needs and represent them within the SAP framework.
  • Work with stakeholders to define requirements, create business cases, and implement system solutions.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer between IT and business partners.
  • Encourage process improvements and innovations for optimizing business processes.
  • Engage with partner organizations to effectively manage incidents, system changes, and projects.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure successful service delivery, enhancements, and project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP finance modules and functionalities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a regulated industry, such as GMP, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Familiarity with S/4 HANA modules and functionalities.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and in detail.
  • Strong communication skills across various platforms.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Additional Information:

  • Hybrid work schedule available.
  • This is a full-time day shift role, with occasional off-hours and weekend work required.
  • Regional and international travel may be necessary to engage with business partners.
