About the role of BPKC Analyst:
As a BPKC Analyst, you will be at the forefront of driving excellence within the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing training, consulting, problem resolution, process enhancements, innovation, project implementations, and governance of tools and processes to optimize the use of SAP and related global tools, aiming to make Security & Controls processes more innovative, efficient, and control-focused.

While this position does not involve IT technical configuration or SAP programming tasks, familiarity with configuration and SAP implementation is highly desirable. The primary focus will be on Role Design, Controls, or Provisioning sub-processes within SAP Security, with proficiency developing across all sub-processes over time.

We are searching for a candidate who can effectively diagnose SAP and business issues, identify and implement solutions, work autonomously, and collaborate seamlessly within a diverse, global team. Responsibilities:
Collaborate on cross-functional or sizable projects within Security & Controls Lead small and medium projects within Security & Controls, utilizing project management techniques as needed Support the design and implementation of business process and technical solutions in the global SAP environment Participate in requirements gathering, design, testing, documentation, and training activities for Security & Controls projects Provide Role Design, Controls, & Provisioning support to Finance, Supply Chain, and IT

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant industry experience with knowledge of Security, Finance, Supply Chain, or IT processes
  • Proficiency in SAP

Preferences for the position:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Understanding of SAP role group design and security authorizations
  • Familiarity with Security provisioning systems and processes
  • Knowledge of control frameworks and mitigating controls
  • Experience with Finance and/or Supply Chain business processes
  • Previous experience in SAP projects, consulting, problem-solving, or as a power user
  • Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
  • Curious to identify root causes of issues and dedicated to addressing and preventing them
  • Strong project management skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Additional languages are a plus

Additional Information:

  • This position is based in Indianapolis, IN with a hybrid work schedule
  • Due to the nature of global projects, some overtime may be required during peak business periods
  • International travel may be necessary based on global circumstances
