What does the role involve?
  • Market, service, and endorse the complete Hilti product range directly to walk-in customers and minor field accounts; innovate strategies to boost sales through merchandising and product demonstrations
  • Scrutinize shipping documents and sales patterns; pinpoint and rectify errors to maintain optimal inventory levels that drive sales
  • Process receipts, outlays, and material returns; assess reorder recommendations to ensure adequate replenishment of the Hilti Store
  • Accelerate customer backorders and shift to locations meeting customers' delivery needs using the most cost-effective transport
  • Reconcile opening, closing, and yearly physical inventories for the Hilti Store
  • Audit Hilti Store cycle counts, backorders, unconfirmed orders, and manual stock status transactions to uphold accurate and consistent inventory levels
  • Sustain a tidy and orderly workspace and storefront consistently; maintain assigned equipment in prime condition
  • Undertake additional tasks as delegated

What you need is:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is advantageous
  • Ability to drive change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Determination to cultivate robust and enduring customer relations
  • Willingness to relocate within 18-24 monthsAfter successful completion of the Hilti Store Representative Development Program, progressing to the subsequent position typically necessitates relocation; given our global sales and marketing orientation, geographical adaptability is vital.
