Program Overview:
The Manager in Training (MIT) program at Drury Hotels is an intensive fourteen-week initiative designed for recent graduates aiming to become hotel managers. This program provides hands-on experience in various operational areas, including:
  • Guest Services
  • Management Practices
  • Night Audit Procedures
  • Housekeeping and Laundry Operations
  • Food and Beverage Management

During the program, trainees will work closely with a mentor and report directly to the hotel General Manager, gaining invaluable insights into the hospitality industry.

Qualifications:
