Seeking Managers in North & South Austin
Position Summary:
The Store Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the store, both financially and operationally. This role involves establishing and maintaining exceptional guest services, overseeing store operations, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective expense management, human resource oversight, and operational cost control.
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 Base Salary, Plus Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management
- Establishes clear expectations and communicates regularly with staff regarding job duties, objectives, training, and customer service excellence. Holds team members accountable through coaching and constructive feedback.
- Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures through regular staff meetings and store audits.
- Collaborates with HR to recruit, interview, and onboard new team members as needed.
- Conducts performance reviews for all employees at scheduled intervals.
Financial Oversight
- Analyzes business trends and develops strategies to maximize sales while meeting or exceeding financial targets outlined in the Store Margin Statement. Shares financial objectives and outcomes with staff during store meetings.
- Reviews daily reports and invoices to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintains stringent controls over the company’s physical and financial resources, ensuring timely deposits of checks and cash.
Store Maintenance
- Ensures the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Maintains high standards of housekeeping and merchandising to enhance customer comfort. Conducts regular equipment inspections and requests maintenance as needed.
- Ensures timely return of unused parts to vendors and processes credits for accounting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of management experience or equivalent business experience in the automotive sector.
- Proven experience in coaching and developing team members through effective communication.
- Demonstrated ability to create and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for the store.
- Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit objectives.
- Prior experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Current or expired State Inspector License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends.
