Join Philips Healthcare, Ultrasound Division, and ISC department in Bothell, Washington. The primary stakeholders include cross-departmental Core or Project Team members, Supply Chain Directors, and Head of ISC Operations Team.

The Product Industrialization PM supervises the development and execution process involving departmental or cross-functional teams dedicated to delivering new or existing projects. They are responsible for planning and overseeing schedules, monitoring budget/spending. This individual offers ISC leadership and assistance to the project from inception to completion. They coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget constraints, acting as the ISC representative to the project teams.

Your responsibilities:
  • Act as the representative of Product Industrialization (PI) on cross-functional Core Teams during the execution of the PDLM or Advanced Development Processes.
  • Lead the cross-functional PI Team in the successful implementation of new products or changes to existing products in Global production operations.
  • Manage projects focusing on Scope, Cost, Schedule, Risk plans, and related process documentation deliverables.
  • Engage with the cross-functional ISC Team during the execution of the PDL or Advanced Development Processes.
  • Lead the cross-functional ISC Team in the successful implementation of new products or changes to existing products in Global production operations.
  • Manage projects focusing on Scope, Cost, Schedule, Risk plans, and related process documentation deliverables.

  • Hold a BS/BA degree in Management, Operations, Engineering, or a closely related field with PMP certification preferred.
  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of NPI, PDLM, and Solutions processes.
  • Possess a solid understanding of R&D development processes and global Supply Chain operations processes.
  • Have over 5 years of experience showing progressive responsibility in an electronic manufacturing environment.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of manufacturing production processes, comprehending the impact of new products and changes to existing products on cost, performance, quality, and throughput.
  • Show leadership skills in coaching, communication, facilitation, team leadership, and business management.
  • Demonstrate success in resolving complex issues with cross-functional team members effectively.
  • Have a working knowledge of essential business tools such as Project Scheduler, PDM, SAP, Windchill, Power Point, Visio, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrate effective skills, abilities, and attributes in areas like achieving excellent results, process improvement, inspiring commitment, promoting and achieving top performance, self and others' development.
  • Exhibit excellent communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with individuals at various levels in the organization.

Philips Transparency Details

The salary range for this role is $105,000 to $180,000 annually. The actual base pay provided might differ based on a variety of factors such as job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business requirements, geographical location, and internal equity.

Moreover, other forms of compensation, like an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives, may be included. Employees are eligible for our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which encompasses generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more. At Philips, it is not common for an individual to be hired at the top end of the pay range for their position, and compensation determinations are influenced by the specifics of each scenario.
