Manager of Customer Success

  • Motivate and engage Customer Success Representatives
  • Promote collaboration and team sharing
  • Lead meetings to share best practices and suggestions for process improvement
  • Assign tasks and balance workloads
  • Manage employee performance and conduct recruitment activities
Requirements:
  • Experience with project management software like Zendesk or Salesforce
  • Minimum of 5 years in customer success with 2 years in a management role
