Manager of Customer Success
Responsibilities Include:

- Drive corporate goals and expectations
- Motivate and engage Customer Success Representatives
- Promote collaboration and team sharing
- Lead meetings to share best practices and suggestions for process improvement
- Assign tasks and balance workloads
- Manage employee performance and conduct recruitment activities
- Experience with project management software like Zendesk or Salesforce
- Minimum of 5 years in customer success with 2 years in a management role
