  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Construction Management: Provide managerial oversight of home construction projects, maintaining adherence to high-quality standards and client specifications.
  • Subcontractor Management: Review and analyze subcontractor and owner-directed change orders to ensure project alignment with budget and timeline.
  • Quality Control: Monitor progress across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with all stakeholders, including homeowners, designers, trades, and vendors.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports, and communications.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years as a Project Manager preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the building process.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction practices, blueprint interpretation, and project management software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, co-workers, and higher-level managers in face-to-face and electronic settings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of BuilderTrend software and proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Office.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local subcontractors and building codes.
