The Talent BP will take a customer centric approach to working with leaders with all talent processes & report directly to the Head of Talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the voice of the business back to the broader Talent & Learning team and be a "go-to" resource for all talent, learning and organizational performance solutions
  • Support the talent assessment and succession planning processes companywide & training needs in partnership with the HR Business Partner team
  • Work with business unit managers and advise on performance and behavioral issues
  • In partnership with the HRBP provides training need analysis & work closely with the department heads of learning & leadership development to develop training deployment strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Outstanding client focus capacity to develop business acumen and navigate various organizational dynamics
  • Expert facilitator & has significant experience with managing senior level stakeholders & crafting communications plans
  • Utilize analytical skills to pull reports, interpret data, and summarize with key insights for action planning

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated work experience in Human Resources, Talent management, Learning & Leadership development space for at least 5 years including Talent Partner duties
  • Ability to influence and partner at all levels within an organization, with HR COEs and HR Business Partner groups & senior teams
  • Experience using innovative approaches to talent development & training
  • Ability to meet challenging/changing deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills & ability to identify areas for process improvements & provide recommendations
  • Demonstrated judgement & ability to deal with confidential & sensitive matters effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to field difficult questions
  • Relevant degree such as bachelor's and master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Business Administration, Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Psychology etc. preferred
