- Research and analyze recruiting market trends to improve sourcing and employer brand
- Offer a high-touch and differentiated candidate experience
- Skillfully manage a req load of active candidate searches
- Employ diverse and varying creative sourcing and networking strategies to attract both active and passive executive talent
- Partner with hiring managers to craft and communicate a compelling and unique employment value proposition
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables
- 8+ years of direct full-life cycle recruitment experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 4 additional years of relevant work experience
- Experience in all aspects of talent search including internet search optimization, innovative candidate sourcing programs, passive candidate mining and networking, pre-screening, interviewing, and negotiating and presenting offer packages
- Working knowledge of EEO and other applicable employment laws, policies, regulations, & compensation
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- Direct applicant tracking system (ATS) requisition management and applicant dispositioning experience
- 10+ years of related professional experience performing full-life cycle recruitment
- Corporate recruiting experience in a large & complex organization
- Prior experience as a Team Lead in a corporate TA setting
- Workday applicant tracking system (ATS) requisition management and applicant dispositioning experience
- Advanced recruiter or sourcing designation and/or HR professional certification
- Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans
- 401k Retirement Fund
