- Process Improvement: Apply LEAN principles to identify opportunities for improvement and make process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Strategy and Requirements: Define strategy and requirements to achieve successful rollout of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Communication: Communicate information with appropriate areas of the organization, including IT, Human Resources, and product and supply management, to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
- Resource Allocation: Prioritize tasks and coordinate resources on assigned projects, ensuring effective use of personnel and equipment.
- Problem Solving: Remove barriers and make key decisions to achieve desired project results, and perform trouble shooting and problem solving as needed.
- Staff Development: Train and develop staff to perform support functions and execute trouble shooting measures, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor cost, progress, and quality of projects, and review and make recommendations to change current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Very high level of proficiency on the applications and procedures used, specifically SQL, Commerce Center, and Crystal Reports.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to train and develop staff, and lead by example to promote a culture of safety and excellence.
- Communication Skills: Very high level of verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Interpersonal Skills: Very high level of interpersonal skill, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
- Problem Solving Skills: Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- Experience: 2-5 years experience in a similar position preferred, with previous consulting or customer service experience also preferred.
Work Environment:
- Physical Demands: Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee is required to use computer and other equipment.
- Physical Requirements: Employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to clearly focus vision.
PPE Required:
- Personal Protective Equipment: Eye protection, ear protection, and as required by customer, steel-toed shoes and head protection.
