Bridgemed Solutions Inc is seeking a dynamic and driven Solutions Engineer to operate within the East Coast region.

The Solutions Engineer will integrate technical expertise with sales acumen, playing a crucial role in securing technical victories throughout the sales process.

As the primary technical resource for the sales team, Solutions Engineers are tasked with actively steering and overseeing the technology evaluation phase of the sales cycle, collaborating closely with the sales team and Product Management as the principal technical advisor and product champion for our offerings.

Therefore, the ability to convey technology and product positioning to both business and technical stakeholders is essential.

Identifying all technical challenges to ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey is a key responsibility.

Ultimately, we are in search of an individual who can effectively communicate the value of Bridgemed Solutions and design optimal solutions for intricate customer infrastructures and data center environments on a global scale.


Key Responsibilities:


The ideal candidate will be self-driven, leveraging their proven track record, experience, and ongoing development to work collaboratively with aligned Sales Account Executives and Clients.

You will act as a trusted advisor to guide customers in applying security best practices with our solutions within their operational frameworks.

Comfort in engaging with long-term, strategic, global clients who have extensive solution ownership is crucial.

Strong time management skills are necessary to prepare an organized and analytical approach to overcome sales challenges through innovative and adaptable engagements that will require effective presentations, demonstrations, and proof of technical value.

The core responsibilities of the Solutions Engineer include:
  • Providing technical pre-sales support
  • Proactively identifying new sales opportunities by nurturing new and existing technical relationships within prospective accounts and current customers
  • Effectively presenting Bridgemed Solutions' technical value proposition to clients and partners
  • Responding to functional and technical aspects of RFIs/RFPs
  • Conducting and ensuring the success of customer proof-of-concepts (POCs)
  • Documenting client feature requests and issues in the CRM system
  • Supporting Bridgemed Solutions and partner seminars and industry trade shows
  • Conveying customer requirements to Product Management teams
  • Developing technical expertise in Bridgemed Solutions and related technologies
  • Mentoring other system engineers when appropriate
  • Creating training content for the SE organization when applicable
Qualifications:


A degree in MIS/Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.

Significant experience with IAM solutions, including IdPs and MFA solutions (such as CyberArk Identity, Okta, Ping, Entra ID, Active Directory) administration is essential.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences are necessary.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at multiple levels and work cross-organizationally toward solutions, are crucial; excellent leadership and consensus-building abilities are required.

A solid understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles within organizations that meet functional, technical, and regulatory requirements is vital.

Prior experience with CyberArk Software implementation or administration is preferred, or relevant experience with the integration of complex enterprise applications, infrastructure platforms, and Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Knowledge of securing secrets for application workloads and authentication configurations is a plus.

Scripting knowledge using REST APIs is advantageous.

Foundational knowledge of authentication and POSIX standards for UNIX/Linux platforms is beneficial.

CISSP, SANS, CyberArk Defender, and Sentry certification are preferred.
