GCG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our Automation and Factory Solutions sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the industrial automation market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
- Product Knowledge and Expertise: Develop in-depth familiarity with GCG's industrial automation products and solutions to provide customers with best-in-class solutions.
- Relationship Building and Management: Nurture relationships with existing customers to increase sales revenue and expand product offerings.
- Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales Manager, Technical Resources, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Market Knowledge and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- 2-4 years of business-to-business sales experience in the industrial automation or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience in Salesforce or comparable platforms a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
