As a Senior Technical Project Leader in AI, you will be instrumental in the execution of AI-driven projects by collaborating with diverse business and delivery teams. Your extensive background in managing products that utilize large language models (LLMs) and algorithms will be essential in guiding projects from conception to deployment. You will engage closely with Product Management, Data Science, and Machine Learning Engineering teams.
Key Qualifications
Essential:
- Over 8 years of experience in managing intricate digital technical program delivery, including team meetings, stakeholder engagement, and administrative oversight.
- A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in developing AI LLM and algorithm products, with deployment in cloud environments (AWS).
- Proven track record in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of AI and ML projects, with a solid grasp of AI and ML principles in project management.
Technical Skills:
- AI and Machine Learning: Profound knowledge of AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and large language models (LLMs). Capable of leading technical discussions and making informed decisions regarding AI product development.
- Cloud Computing: Expertise in cloud services, particularly AWS, including EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, and others. Experience in deploying AI models in production settings.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile practices, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Project Management Tools: Proficient in tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Miro.
Additional Competencies:
- A background in engineering or software development is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee complex digital product initiatives, including data platforms, analytics, and digital content projects.
- Provide regular updates and establish standard reporting for project teams and stakeholders.
- Supervise project estimations and the creation of project deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including timelines, resource plans, routine reports, and milestone sign-offs.
- Act as a scrum master to facilitate team meetings using Jira for ticketing, estimation, and backlog management.
- Implement and uphold processes for scope management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote project management best practices within the Digital Transformation team.
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
