JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

DigiCert is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Partner Programs, to execute and enhance our existing partner program strategy. This role will have one direct report. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in partner management, program development, and channel sales within the technology industry.

We are looking for a strong organizer, operator, and consensus-builder who can design, develop, and manage DigiCert's existing Partner Program and other initiatives to support partners and increase their value-add to our joint customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a self-starter, and has a strong bias for action.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner Program Strategy: Own and evolve a comprehensive partner program strategy to drive partner engagement, market differentiation, value for partners, and revenue growth.
  • Governance and Compliance: Design, implement, and maintain program governance and policies in alignment with Legal to ensure compliance, partner experience, and intended outcomes, ensuring implementation quality for customers.
  • Communication Management: Own and manage program-related communications to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and enablement, to ensure ongoing alignment of partner program objectives with overall business goals.
  • Partner Lifecycle Management: Drive partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support partner success and growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish, monitor, and analyze partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and incentive management across global geographies.
  • Industry Expertise: Serve as a business owner and subject matter expert on partner program best practices and industry trends.
  • Program Development: Evaluate and create new programs and incentives to address the evolving needs of the business.
  • Relationship Building: Support strong relationships with key partners across the global ecosystem.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the technology industry.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of developing and managing successful partner programs that drive revenue growth.
  • Skills: Strong communication, consensus-building, and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical Capability: Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and using data-driven insights to optimize programs.
