Job Title: Talent Manager

About the Position

As a Talent Manager at Buildxact, you will be a key player in our expansion journey, embodying a growth mindset and delivering exceptional experiences to internal stakeholders and team members. Your primary focus will be on attracting and retaining top talent who align with our core values and mission. From workforce planning to sourcing across different regions, you will oversee the full talent acquisition process for various roles, including corporate, mid-level, and leadership positions. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing the overall employee experience within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a seamless and efficient talent acquisition process to support our growth objectives.
  • Constantly enhance sourcing and recruitment practices to elevate the candidate and hiring team experience using innovative technologies.
  • Strengthen Buildxact's reputation as an employer of choice through promoting our brand and value proposition.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities such as market mapping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer local benefits enrollment for new hires as part of our total reward package.
  • Utilize Greenhouse for all recruitment activities to ensure data-driven insights are captured.
  • Provide actionable insights to leaders and teams regarding workforce planning metrics.
  • Proactively address attrition risks and strategize talent sourcing for upcoming roles.
  • Collaborate on organizational development initiatives and ensure their scalability.
  • Handle complex employee support needs and recommend process improvements.
  • Conduct HR-related training sessions to promote continuous learning and development.
  • Have a solid grasp of Workers Compensation & Leave of Absence programs.
  • Support office administration tasks and other assigned duties.
  • Build strong internal relationships to identify team dynamics and talent needs.
  • Proactively engage with passive candidates and build talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards candidates' situations.
  • Inspire and motivate others to exceed goals through enhanced employee experiences.
  • Exercise sound judgement in policy application and ambiguous situations.
  • Display excellent time management skills and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in recruiting for SaaS, tech, or high-growth companies.
  • 1-3 years of HR generalist experience, including employee relations and performance management.
  • Familiarity with HR Technology platforms such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR, and Culture Amp.
