**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support Senior Talent Managers in talent representation and career management tasks
  • Facilitate communication between talent, clients, and internal team members
  • Assist in talent scouting and recruitment efforts
  • Maintain accurate talent databases and records
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative support to senior managers
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate on creative projects and strategic planning
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving approach

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
