- Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation:
- Identify candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking functions, and referrals.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and compatibility with specific roles.
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job vacancies.

- Guide candidates through the interview process, providing feedback and assistance with preparation.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities by networking with potential clients and participating in industry events.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's recruitment services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Compliance and Record Keeping:
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and successfully place candidates in roles that align with their qualifications and expertise.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
