    • Serve as a reliable advisor to clients, delivering counsel on recruitment methodologies, industry trends, and best practices in talent acquisition.
    • Regularly engage with clients to review the status of ongoing searches and provide updates on the recruitment process.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation:
    • Identify candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking functions, and referrals.
    • Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and compatibility with specific roles.
    • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job vacancies.
  3. Comprehensive Recruitment:
    • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to final placement.

  6. Business Development:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and successfully place candidates in roles that align with their qualifications and expertise.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
