Job Overview

Position Title: Director of Talent Acquisition

Role Summary: The Director of Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role in shaping the recruitment framework and spearheading efforts to secure exceptional talent. This position encompasses the formulation and execution of cutting-edge recruitment methodologies, leading a team of recruitment professionals, and collaborating with executive management to ensure hiring strategies are in sync with the organization’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement a holistic talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's expansion and strategic goals.
  • Guide, mentor, and oversee the talent acquisition team, establishing clear objectives and providing support to optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Innovate and execute recruitment initiatives aimed at attracting a diverse array of high-caliber candidates across various organizational levels.
  • Partner with executive leaders and hiring managers to ascertain staffing requirements and devise customized recruitment strategies.
  • Cultivate and sustain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and collaboration with external partners.
  • Regularly assess and enhance recruitment methodologies, tools, and technologies to improve operational efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Foster and elevate the employer brand to draw in top-tier talent and position the organization as a preferred employer.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics and metrics to evaluate the success of hiring strategies and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to all recruitment-related legal standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
  • Over 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • A proven history of crafting and executing effective recruitment strategies and managing a high-performing recruitment team.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and industry developments.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a capacity to influence and collaborate with senior management.
  • Expertise in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
